Terms & Conditions
These terms and conditions apply to the Q Calendar app (the “Application”) for mobile devices, provided by Regnum Digital Company (the “Service Provider”).
By downloading, installing, or using the Application, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
Use of the Application
Q Calendar is provided as-is for personal use.
You agree not to:
- copy, modify, or redistribute the Application except as permitted by law
- attempt to reverse engineer, extract source code from, or create derivative versions of the Application except where applicable law allows it
- use the Application in a way that interferes with its normal operation or the rights of the Service Provider
All trademarks, copyrights, database rights, and other intellectual property rights in the Application remain the property of the Service Provider.
Local-first data
Q Calendar is designed to be a local-first application. Most calendar data, stickers, and related content are stored on your device.
You are responsible for your own device, local files, and backups.
If you choose to import sticker images from your files, photo library, or local folders, those images may be copied into the Application’s local storage so they can be used inside the app.
Third-party services
The Application may use third-party services that have their own terms and privacy practices.

The Service Provider may update this list if the Application’s integrations change.
Internet access
Some functions of the Application may require an internet connection, such as loading external links or sending limited analytics data.
The Service Provider is not responsible if parts of the Application are unavailable because your device has no internet connection, limited connectivity, or insufficient mobile data.
Any network or data charges charged by your mobile provider are your responsibility.
Device security
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device and access to the Application.
The Service Provider recommends that you do not jailbreak or root your device, since doing so may reduce security and may cause parts of the Application not to function correctly.
Availability and updates
The Service Provider may update, improve, change, suspend, or discontinue the Application at any time.
The Service Provider does not guarantee that the Application will always be available, error-free, or compatible with every device, operating system version, or future platform requirement.
You agree to install updates when needed in order to continue using the Application.
Disclaimer of liability
The Service Provider works to keep the Application useful and reliable, but the Application is provided on an as-is basis.
To the extent permitted by law, the Service Provider is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from your use of the Application, including losses related to device issues, data loss, connectivity problems, or third-party platform behavior.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
Termination
The Service Provider may stop offering the Application or parts of it at any time.
If that happens, your right to use the Application will end, and you must stop using it and remove it from your device if required.
Changes to these Terms
These Terms and Conditions may be updated from time to time. Updates will be reflected on this page.
