Privacy policy
This privacy policy applies to the Q Calendar app (the “Application”) for mobile devices, provided by Regnum Digital Company (the “Service Provider”).
Q Calendar is designed to be a local-first calendar. Your calendar content, stickers, and most app data are stored on your device.
App health and in-depth usage
Q Calendar collects a little anonymous information to keep the app working. This includes app starts, app version updates, crash reports, and coarse app or session information.
It does not include your identity, the screens you visit, calendar entries, sticker images, or other content you write.
You can also choose to share in-depth usage. If you do, we may receive a little more about how Q Calendar is used, such as when an event is saved or stickers are imported. This does not include the content of your events or stickers.
In-depth usage is off until you turn it on. You can change this any time in Settings > Privacy. Turning it off stops that extra sharing. It does not turn off the basic information we use to keep the app working, and it cannot erase information Google has already processed.
Google Analytics for Firebase and Firebase Crashlytics may also receive app or device identifiers from their SDKs, and coarse location inferred from an IP address. We do not set a user ID. We do not use this information for advertising or personalised ads. The Application does not collect precise location data.
Photos, files, and local access
The Application may ask for access to photos or files when you choose to import stickers.
This access is used only to let you:
- pick images from your photo library
- pick image files from your documents or Files app
- import images from the local
/stickersfolder used by the Application
Imported sticker images are copied into the Application’s local storage on your device so they can continue to work inside the app.
How your data is used
The Service Provider uses information only for purposes such as:
- operating core app features
- storing and organizing your local calendar and sticker data on your device
- improving stability and product quality
- understanding broad product use, including optional in-depth usage when you enable it
This information is used to keep Q Calendar working and to improve the app. It is not used for advertising or personalised ads.
Third-party services
The Application uses third-party services that may process limited technical, analytics, or crash-report data according to their own policies. Google processes this information under its own terms and privacy policy.
Current third-party services include:
If the Application adds or removes third-party services in the future, this page will be updated to reflect that.
Data sharing
The Service Provider does not sell your personal data.
The Service Provider may disclose limited information only:
- as required by law
- to protect rights, safety, or security
- to service providers acting on the Service Provider’s behalf under appropriate obligations
Data retention
Most Application data is stored locally on your device. App-health, crash, and analytics information is retained according to Google’s policies. If you turn off in-depth usage, that extra sharing stops. Basic app-health information continues, and information Google has already processed cannot be erased from here.
If you uninstall the Application, locally stored app data may be removed from your device, subject to your platform’s normal uninstall behavior.
Children
The Application is not directed to children under the age of 13, and the Service Provider does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
If you believe a child under 13 has provided personal information, please contact the Service Provider so appropriate action can be taken.
Security
The Service Provider takes reasonable steps to protect information processed through the Application and to keep the Application’s data handling limited and practical.
Because much of the Application’s data is stored locally, the security of your device also matters.
Changes
This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. Updates will be reflected on this page.
This privacy policy is effective as of 2026-08-23.
